Power of Attorney

Procedures and requirements:

  • Must be a Jordanian citizen
  • Must attend the Embassy for applications
  • Fees (applicable only if applying in person):
    • $93 AUD General Power of Attorney
    • $51 AUD Specific Power of Attorney

If you cannot reach the Embassy:

  • Attend to a notary public/lawyer to pattern your document.
  • Certify your document from the Australian / New Zealand foreign Ministry.
  • Send it to the Embassy postal address with $15 AUD fees only in a prepaid self returned envelope.
  • All Power of Attorney are to be used only in Jordan
