Al Hassan Industrial Estate
Completed in 1991, Al Hassan has already undergone two expansions to meet investor demand. Located in Irbid in northern Jordan, the park now has a total area of 1.2 million square meters. A number of industrial sectors are represented in the estate, including engineering (metals, electrical, and electronic), pharmaceuticals, food sector, chemicals, plastics, rubber, wood industries, cotton and weaving, leather, furniture and construction industries.
Ad-Dulayl Industrial Park
Ad-Dulayl is easily accessible by highway, just 45 km northeast of the capital city, Amman. Its location in the center of the town of Ad-Dulayl, and 15 km from the city of Zarqa, provides it with ready access to city services and an abundant, qualified labor pool. Situated on land that is entirely flat, the park can accommodate large buildings at reduced construction costs.
Al Tajamouat Industrial City
Al Tajamouat is centrally located within the Greater Amman Municipality. The industrial park is owned and run by a private management company which constructs and markets a wide range of industrial buildings and work-spaces for medium to light industry, as well as large-sized buildings serviced with state-of-the-art industrial infrastructure.
Gateway Park
Gateway's uniqueness as a Qualifying Industrial Zone lies in its location, and its Free Zone status. Situated on the shores of the Jordan River, Gateway straddles the border between Jordan and Israel. Goods imported into the industrial park are not subject to customs duties. Revenues from projects within the free zone, and salaries of non-Jordanian persons are exempt from income and social services taxes. There are no real estate or land taxes to be paid in the free zone, and all building construction is exempt from licensing fees.
Cyber City
Cyber City is one of the largest Information Technology and Light Industrial Parks with QIZand special Export Free Zone Status (SEFZ). It's a world class infrastructure, excellent key facilities and competitive cost makes it an ideal location to invest in Jordan. The 4 Sq.Km.CyberCity is strategically located near Irbid, Jordan 65 km north Amman, adjacent to J.U.S.T University.
